What is your policy on conflict-free diamonds?
We at Pop Gems have a zero-tolerance policy towards conflict diamonds. We only work with reputable partners that comply with measures such as the Kimberly Process.
What is your policy on upgrades?
This is the answer to question 2.
Do you provide appraisals or insurance?
We provide appraisals upon request for an additional fee of $75. Unfortunately we do not provide insurance. Insurance policies can be obtained by a broker or agent through many companies such as Jewelers Mutual.
Do you sell loose diamonds?
